Victoria Square House, Birmingham

Victoria Square House is a part grade II listed chateau with a more modern office attached to form one of Birmingham’s more prominent buildings and set over 21,000 square metres. The whole survey project took nearly ten days to complete but we were able to provide the client with a report on the building in addition to the EPC which informed them as to where energy and money savings could be made. These additional comments were above and beyond the scope of our contract and at no extra cost to our client.
